Founders Unlocked is a learning program I created to demystify the startup journey. It is designed for aspiring founders, entrepreneurs, students, and professionals who want to understand how startups really work — from the founder mindset and earliest stages of an idea to growth, funding, scale, and exit.

The course takes participants through the complete startup lifecycle. It explores what defines a startup, the founder mindset, Lean Startup methodology and MVPs, before moving through each stage of development from pre-seed to scale-up. Participants learn how startups are funded — from bootstrapping and angel investment to venture capital, private equity, and IPOs — and how the wider startup ecosystem of incubators, accelerators, venture builders, and corporate partners can support their journey. The course also explores how startups grow and the different paths founders can take towards an exit.

What makes Founders Unlocked unique is its accessibility. The program is completely free and available on YouTube, delivered through a structured series of video lessons. While the lessons are presented using my AI avatar, all content has been carefully researched, written, and structured by me to ensure depth, clarity, and practical relevance. Participants finish the course with a clear understanding of the startup journey, the language and frameworks of entrepreneurship, and the foundations needed to take the next step from understanding startups to building one.
